If your brand is part of a brand group, you may wish to make brand-level claims based on group-level data or evidence.
We understand that sustainability data, such as carbon footprint information, is often available at the brand-group level rather than for individual brands. To ensure transparency and provide consumers with relevant information, we allow brand group claims to be surfaced through individual brand accounts. When this occurs, the Proof Point modal will explicitly state that the claim applies to the brand group as a whole, not the individual brand.
Prioritisation of Brand-Specific Data: If an individual brand has its own data, it should take precedence over brand group-level data in submissions.
Certifications
Please note, third-party certification bodies may have different policies regarding logo and intellectual property usage. If submitting a Proof Point related to a certification held by your brandβs parent group, we recommend consulting the certifying body beforehand.
