You can only submit one evidence file Proof Point submission. If you need to submit more than one document for the same Proof Point, please combine them into one before submitting. There are various ways to do this:
- You can use a pdf merging platform like this one
- Use Adobe Acrobat merging feature online
- If you have Adobe Acrobat Pro you can use the ‘combine files’ feature directly in the app
Important: If you submit the evidence separately your Proof Point is very likely to get rejected so we recommend you follow one of the methods above to merge your evidence before submitting.
Please ensure the document is less than 10MB.
