Find out how to track your submissions and view your Proof Point feedback
You can see the status of your Proof Point submissions at any time in your Provenance account. Once signed in, navigate to the MY PROOF POINTS page to track the status of your Proof Points and view any feedback.
There are four submission statuses:
- Draft - your Proof Point has not yet been submitted to our Integrity Team for review.
- Pending review - your Proof Point has been submitted and is pending review by our Integrity Team.
- Approved - our Integrity Team has reviewed your Proof Point submission and it is approved and ready for publishing.
- Action needed - our Integrity Team has reviewed your Proof Point submission and it is not yet approved. We may need further information/evidence before publishing.
For your approved submissions, you can expand the section to view the Proof Point copy generated by our Integrity Team. This standardised copy will be published with your Proof Point.
For any submissions which are showing as action needed, you can view and action the feedback from within your account.
Once you have expanded the submission section, you will be able to see the timeline associated to that submission.
Expand the TIMELINE section to find your unique feedback from our Integrity Team.
Once you have reviewed your feedback and are ready to resubmit, simply update your evidence or the associated products, and then click the SUBMIT FOR REVIEW button again to resubmit your Proof Point.
