How do I know the status of my Proof Points?

Find out how to track your submissions and view your Proof Point feedback

You can see the status of your Proof Point submissions at any time in your Provenance account. Once signed in, navigate to the MY PROOF POINTS page to track the status of your Proof Points and view any feedback.

There are four submission statuses:

  • Draft - your Proof Point has not yet been submitted to our Integrity Team for review.
  • Needs Evidence - this Proof Point was generated based on your retailer's data but requires supporting evidence before submission.
  • Review to Submit - this Proof Point was generated based on your retailer's data. Please review the attached evidence to ensure it is correct before submitting it for validation.
  • Validation in Progress - your Proof Point has been submitted and is pending review by our Integrity Team.
  • Approved - our Integrity Team has reviewed your Proof Point submission and it is approved and ready for publishing.
  • Action Needed - our Integrity Team has reviewed your Proof Point submission and it is not yet approved. We may need further information/evidence before publishing.

For any submissions marked as "Action Needed," you can view and respond to the feedback directly from your account. To find the feedback, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "My Proof Points" page and select the Proof Point with the "Action Needed" status by clicking "Manage."img-mpps

  2. On the Proof Point page, locate the "Submission Timeline" table beneath the "Evidence submissions" table. This will show a log of the feedback on your submission.img-timeline

Once you have reviewed your feedback and are ready to address it, start a new submission, add your updated evidence, associate products if necessary, and submit it for review.
