Watch this 2-min video to learn how to use the Packaging Assistant feature to set up your Recyclable Packaging Proof Points. You will learn in real time which Proof Point your product packaging qualifies for.
You can then easily use and reuse this packaging information across all applicable products to submit Recyclable Packaging Proof Points!
Overview of Steps
- Add your packaging information to your account
- Start by adding a Partly Recyclable or Widely Recyclable Packaging Proof Point
- Click 'Add Packaging'
- Follow the form to complete your first Packaging Set - a unique combination of packaging components that is used across one or more of your products
- Click 'Create Packaging Set' once complete
- Check instantly if your products meet the Proof Point criteria
- For each completed Packaging Set, you will be informed which Proof Point it meets the criteria for - Partly or Widely Recyclable
- If your Packaging Set meets the criteria, continue to submit your Proof Point!
- Finalise your Proof Point evidence and submit for review
- Continue setup by associating the relevant products to your Packaging Set
- Confirm the information provided is accurate. Once you click submit, this evidence will be sent straight to our team for integrity review.
- Repeat these steps for all of your packaging sets.
FAQs
Can I use the Packaging Assistant to set up other packaging Proof Points?
At the moment, the Packaging Assistant can only be used to set up Recyclable Packaging Proof Points. However, being able to utilise this feature for other packaging Proof Points is in our roadmap.
I have submitted a statement already for my Recyclable Packaging Proof Point which I need to update - how do I do this?
To provide updated packaging information, first add your new Packaging Set via the steps above. Once you have submitted your new Proof Point, you can archive your previous Proof Point submission so that your new Proof Point can replace this.
