What are Active Products and how can I manage them?

Active Products are the products in your account that will display Proof Points across your channels. You have full control over which products to designate as Active.

The number of Active Products you can have at any given time is determined by your plan limit.

How to Manage Active Products

Follow these simple steps to activate the products you want to feature:

  1. Log in to your Provenance account.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click "Products."
  3. Select the checkbox next to the product(s) you want to activate.

What Happens Next?

  • Your active products will be updated across retailer and DTC channels. Please allow up to 24 hours for Proof Points to become visible on newly activated products.
  • The “Channel” column will show where these products appear - whether on retailer sites or your DTC store.
