Ensure your Proof Point list is in line with brand priorities

Review and refine your list of Proof Points in line with your brand's priorities

  • Evaluate your initial Proof Points selection based on brand priorities and your customers preferences

Based on your evidence requirements exploration, you’ve confirmed a selection of Proof Points that you will be able to claim - great news!

Next, we suggest prioritising Proof Points based on your goals with Provenance, brand priorities and customer insights. Some questions to consider:

  • Are you looking to strengthen your positioning and messaging in a specific area, that may currently be a strength or a weakness for your brand?
    • Example: Our packaging is fully recyclable, and we are proud of it. I will use a Recyclable Packaging Proof Point to communicate about the work we’ve been doing.
  • Are you hoping to educate your customers on a specific topic or issue?
    • Example: We would like to further educate customers on what’s behind the certifications we’re working with, such as FSC. I will use the FSC Proof Point so shoppers can find more information and context when clicking on the FSC modal.
  • Are you aware of some key expectations and preferences from your customer base
    • Example: Based on a recent survey, we found that 61% of our customer base prefers to shop vegan products. I will use a Vegan Proof Point to reassure them that my products are aligned with their values and shopping preferences.
